The AT-09 can be upgraded to HM-10 firmware if required. The new HM-10 firmware will detect the absence of the 32k crystal and self correct. As sent it is missing some of the AT commands compared to the HM-10. When searching for help on the internet, the BT05 information is in Chinese only, but can be read using a translate program. After a delayed dispatch on my original order. When I cancelled the first order (after email from Banggood) and re ordered the same items at a higher price, the items were shipped promptly. The email sent to seek a refund did not make it clear that only Micro bit part was no longer available.
